Certified pressure welding to AS/NZS 3992
Pressure welding leaves no room for shortcuts. WJC pressure welders are qualified to AS/NZS 3992:2020 and AS/NZS ISO 9606-1, with regular third-party testing and inspection, and experience across power stations, gas facilities and industrial plant.
Pressure welding scopes
- Boiler tube, header and high-pressure pipework welding
- Pressure piping repairs, replacements and modifications
- Pipe and plate welding qualified in all positions, including 6G
- Carbon, stainless and alloy steels
- Weld traceability, WPS procedures and third-party inspection
- Work in confined spaces and at heights
Quality you can sign off on
Our welders work to documented weld procedures and keep the traceability records your inspectors and asset owners need. We work alongside third-party inspection and NDT providers so weld quality is proven, not just promised.
Pressure welding is often needed at short notice during an outage or breakdown. Our crews are mobile, fully equipped and available 24/7.
Qualified pressure welders, on site or in the workshop
Every WJC pressure welder holds current AS/NZS 3992 and AS/NZS ISO 9606-1 qualifications for the processes and positions they weld. We can supply a single pressure welder to join your crew or a full welding team with supervision for larger scopes.
Based in Dalby, we cover power stations, gas compression and processing facilities, mines and industrial plant across the Western Downs, Surat Basin and Darling Downs.
